Idris Ackamoor performs in a new trio with percussionist/producer Carlos Niño and wizard guitarist/producer Nate Mercereau. They have been playing concerts together since June 2022, sharing a unique vibrant sound, findings and energetics.  Most recently, in Berkeley California, the trio accompanied rap star/flutist Andre 3000 on his tour where Niño and Mercereau are also producing.
